To Advocate for equity on behalf of low income Families in the areas of Civil & Social Justice, in developing programs focused on Multiple Services, Health, Education, Employment, Housing , Recreation and in identifying broad based barriers in order to develop strategies which will maximize human potential and self-sufficiency.
